Andrew Paul

Andrew graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in International Finance & Marketing. He minored in Organizational Development & Leadership, which led him to a short-lived career at a prominent management consulting firm in New York City. Driven by passion and a childhood dream to fly airplanes for a living, Andrew took a leap of faith, quit his job, moved back to Florida and enrolled in a flight school with his eyes set on a career in the sky. Over a 22+ year career as an airline pilot, Andrew has safely logged nearly 14,000 hours of flight time and has spent the past 16+ years flying for a major US airline. Beyond the flight deck, Andrew has leveraged his unique background to serve in a number of leadership roles at his airline, most notably as Manager of Pilot Recruitment & Onboarding, and Assistant Chief Pilot. Andrew's greatest accomplishment, however, is somehow convincing an Ivy League trained cosmetic dermatologist, Dr. Robyn Siperstein, to marry him! Never in his wildest dreams would he imagine that his "side hustle" for the past 12+ years would be serving as "co-pilot" for his wife as she continues to organically grow her South Florida dermatology practice.
