Dr. Arianne Shadi Kourosh, MD, MPH, is a Harvard-trained dermatologist, educator, and advocate dedicated to advancing dermatologic care and health equity. She is the Director of Community Health at Massachusetts General Hospital Dermatology and a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kourosh specializes in medical dermatology with a focus on skin conditions in diverse populations, addressing health disparities, and exploring the social determinants of health.
Her internationally recognized research bridges clinical practice and public health to tackle disparities in skin health. A prolific author, Dr. Kourosh has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and frequently lectures worldwide on diversity, equity, and inclusion in dermatology. Passionate about mentorship and community health, she continues to shape the future of dermatologic care while advocating for improved access to high-quality care for underserved populations.
