Amelia Hausauer, MD

Dr. Amelia K. Hausauer is the Head of Minimally Invasive Aesthetics and Director of Dermatology at Aesthetx, a leading Bay Area multispecialty practice. A Stanford honors graduate and UCSF-trained physician, she completed her dermatology residency at NYU and an ASDS cosmetic surgery fellowship under Dr. Derek Jones in Beverly Hills, specializing in advanced aesthetic techniques.



A recognized authority in cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Hausauer is the chief editor of Platelet Rich Plasma and Microneedling in Aesthetic Medicine and a prolific author on fillers, neuromodulators, and regenerative medicine. Her research, including FDA trials, drives product innovation, and she serves on the editorial board of Dermatologic Surgery Journal. Drawing from her two decades as a ballet dancer, Dr. Hausauer merges artistry with science to create natural, personalized results. Through her research, education, and patient care, she continues to set benchmarks in the aesthetics field.
