Gorana Kuka-Epstein, M.D. serves as the Director of Research at the Foundation for Hair Restoration and Co-Director of the Women’s Center for Hair Loss. She is dual board-certified, holding certification from the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and European Board of Plastic Surgery, where she maintains an active hair restoration practice in Belgrade, Serbia. Dr. Kuka-Epstein is globally recognized for her expertise in Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) techniques and her pioneering work in advanced treatments for hair loss, including her research on fat and stem cell therapy.
In addition to her clinical practice, she plays a key role in research studies and currently oversees an FDA-approved trial using adipose-derived growth factors.
